2. 30-DAY REFILL GUARANTEE

For a period of 30 days after the completion of your order, we offer a refill guarantee for any loss of engagement delivered through our services. This refill guarantee is subject to the following conditions:

2.1 Eligibility for Refills

To be eligible for a refill under our guarantee, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • Your order must have been successfully delivered and marked as completed in our system
  • You must report a loss of engagement within 30 days of order completion
  • Your social media account must remain public and active
  • You must not have changed your username since placing the order
  • You must not have violated the terms of service of the social media platform
  • For video-specific services, the video must not have been deleted or made private

2.2 What Is Covered

Our 30-day refill guarantee covers:

  • Followers that unfollow your account
  • Likes that are removed
  • Views that are deducted from your view count
  • Comments that are deleted by the platform (not by the user)
  • Shares that are no longer counted

2.3 What Is Not Covered

Our refill guarantee does not cover:

  • Engagement lost due to platform-wide purges of fake or bot accounts
  • Engagement lost due to violations of the platform's terms of service
  • Loss of engagement after the 30-day guarantee period

2.4 How to Request a Refill

  • The specific URL of the content (for likes, views, comments, or shares)
  • Details about the engagement loss (approximate quantity and when it occurred)

We will review your request within 48 hours and process eligible refills within 3-5 business days.

3. REFUND POLICY

While we strive to deliver all orders successfully, we understand that there may be circumstances where a refund is appropriate. Our refund policy is as follows:

3.1 Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund in the following cases:

  • Your order has not been delivered within 15 business days from the date of purchase, and we have been unable to successfully resolve the issue with a refill

3.4 Refund Processing

  • Refunds to the original payment method typically take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider
  • Store credits will be applied to your account immediately and can be used for future purchases

3.5 Discretionary Refunds

4. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES
